Travel Insurance - What we cover
Travel Insurance for independent Brazilian travellers. Nobody wants to think about all the things that might go wrong on their trip, but these things can and do happen.
Travel Insurance Plans have been designed by travellers to cover everything you need. We make sure you’re covered, even if you run out of travel insurance on the road. We don't just keep you insured, with us you'll travel smarter and safer.

Standard Plan
The Standard plan provides excellent levels of cover for those travellers heading out on an independent trip with less tech and fewer pre-booked travel arrangements. We’ve kept cancellation and baggage cover lower to make sure you pay only for what you need.

Explorer Plan
The Explorer plan provides exceptional levels of cover. If you’ve pre-booked a tour or longer stretches of accommodation, our higher levels of cancellation give you added piece of mind and also larger benefits for those digital nomads looking for extra cover for electronic equipment.

Coverage for snowsports is only included in the Explorer Plan.
You're not covered to participate in paragliding, mountaineering, base jumping, professional sports, races, competitions or motorsports on any plan.

Policy Excess
An excess is deductible or co-pay applies for all claims except for Emergency Medical Transport, Evacuation & Repatriation expenses. This amount is what you are required to pay for each claim arising from any one event.

Travel insurance doesn't cover everything. All of the information we provide is a brief summary. It does not include all terms, conditions, limitations, exclusions and termination provisions of the plans described. Coverage may not be the same or available for residents of all countries, states or provinces. Please carefully read your policy wording for a full description of coverage.

World Nomads is supported by various underwriters throughout the world depending on your country of residence.
